Weddings can be crazy, fun, intimate and emotional all at the same time. For us, weddings are all about about the people, the connection and the love they share. As South Wales Wedding Photographers, we feel a wedding isn't about standing like statues for boring pictures for hours on end, it's a celebration of a life lived and a life ahead together. The importance of family and and friends and your love for one another is above everything thing else. When we photograph a wedding every person there is important to us, which is why when we work as a duo, we aim capture as much of your day as possible, especially the things which you didn't see. Thats not to say however that we don't love an alternative wedding theme, beautiful details or something completely off the wall. We've had brides and grooms in a skate park, and couples standing in a field of cows, but one thing we wont do, is make you stand and stare at us awkwardly for ages, not smiling, like you hate us - we promise! The whole special day is so fleeting, surrounded by your nearest and dearest, its so important to capture those moments so you can look back on them with the biggest smiles from ear to ear, and to do that, you need your very own, totally awesome South Wales wedding photographer duo.

As Photographers
For 11 years, as South Wales wedding photographers, we've spent a long time developing our style and our ability and we truly believe that we can be thrown into any situation and come out the end with an amazing set of images. Some photographers may be afraid of the dark, but we thrive in it, bringing our years of experience with flash photography into action. Taking images in glorious sunshine in green fields is easy. Producing a high standard of imagery when the sun goes down, that your wedding day deserves, is where we feel we have the edge. It's not just our mad camera skills though, we bring our wealth of experience of how weddings flow, so we often find ourselves helping to organise the running of the day as part of our way of making sure everything goes smoothly and you're not pulled from one place to the next. One of the things we value the most in how we approach your wedding day, is making sure you get time to spend with friends and loved ones, and not stuck standing for photos for hours.
As people
As a husband and wife team, we bring a different dynamic compared to a single photographer. We always work a duo, and being a married couple we are scarily in tune with each other, and we actually don't argue at all about what we should be doing. This might sound like a little bit of a cliche, but we know what the other is thinking and what this translates to is a relaxed and seamless flow to your day with a male/female perspective, and a consistency in our combined styles. It is often argued that a woman will pay more attention to details and human connections, where a male may be more focussed on the perfect technical shot, so with the two of us you get the best of both worlds. We believe in being kind, respectful and making sure that you and your guests enjoy having your photographs taken. We are often complimented on how well organised we are, but without being bossy, shouty or rude. We love being a South Wales wedding photographer team, but that doesn't mean we are tied to just South Wales. Some of our favourite places to photograph have to be "down west" in Pembrokeshire for a coastal, barn, farm wedding, and also awards the Brecon Beacons for a wedding nestled in the mountains.

When it comes to describing our style of photography, theres no fancy buzz words to follow the latest trends. Our Style is natural, elegant, colourful and filled with emotion. We love to document weddings the way they unfold, capturing the real moments, the excitement, the celebration and all those little moments of joy. Thats not to say ofcourse we dont give gentle posing tips and guidance for your portraits together, but above all, we don't turn it into a game of Twister.
