In the search for a Swansea Wedding Photographer, Lara & Jamie found us and within minutes of the first meeting with them, we were already looking forward to their wedding day. With words being thrown about like “metal music” and “tattoos”, we were game no matter what the rest of the plans were. Lucky for us their wedding was set in a beautiful location in the Gower at Swansea Wedding venue – Oxwich Bay Hotel. Now we have a bit of a reputation with Oxwich Bay weddings of it raining while we are there, but it couldn’t have been more perfect with dry weather right up until their evening meal. As soon as the rain cleared after a brief downpour during their meal, we spotted the most beautiful evening light shining across the sand dunes in the distance. We jumped in the car and raced over before it disappeared and oh man it was so worth it! We had a good ten minutes of glorious golden sunlight which is a dream to work with, and also lets us capture awesome sun stars and silhouettes.
