Privacy Policy

Thanks for stopping by our privacy policy, and a quick explanation of how we are GDPR compliant. This is where we lay down we lay down how we collect, use and store your personal data so you can be happy that we aren’t selling it to a different country, to call and offer to help with your PPI or sell you something you'll never receive over the phone.

Personal, identifiable data we collect and how we use it.

When you message us, enquire or book with us we collect the following personal data which can be used to directly identify you - -Your names (pretty obvious why here) -Home address so we can send you your prints, products and USB’s. -Email address so we can chat online and send booking forms, contracts, invoices, questionnaires and invoices as well as the link to your shiny photo gallery. -Phone number of yourself and partner so we can contact you on your wedding day, or call to arrange shoot specific details the old fashioned way. All of these pieces of personal information are important for us to do our jobs as best as we can for you. We will never publish your full names, address or contact information on the website when posting images or our own website blogs, referring only by first name so that should your name be searched, you wont appear in a google search result. If any third party blogs, magazines or publications ask to use your images and personal information online or in print, we will always seek written approval first and not assume it is automatically granted, even though this is being given at the contract stage.

How we collect your personal data, and keep it safe.

The most common way we collect your personal data is via the contact us form on the website, and any invoices and questionnaires which you fill in when you book with us. In this instance all of your info is stored in a secure cloud and accessed via our “Client Relationship Management” software, Sprout studio, who themselves are GDPR compliant. The other methods of collecting your personal data are via email and Facebook messenger whom are also GDPR compliant.  Any access to our emails, Facebook and Sprout Studio is safe and secure via our devices which are password protected so any old joe cant access them when we aren’t looking. Any and all data is kept indefinitely unless you request for us to wipe it from our system. The reason we keep your information is simply so that if you got in contact with is down the road to arrange another shoot, or if you've lost all your photos and would like us to re-send them, we know exactly who you are and make the whole process easier. If you didn’t book with us however, we will delete your data within one year. Any hard drive stored data is kept securely behind double locked doors at home and in our office space, both of which are monitored by cctv and alarms when unattended. Data security (and not getting our equipment nicked) really does mean a lot to us. Any questionnaires or information which are saved to my personal phone for use on the day of your shoot, are safe and secure using a complex password and also encrypted.

Right of confirmation, access, rectification and erasure

Put simply, if you would like to view, amend and confirm any data which we have on you, you can do so via the invite we send you to set up an account on our software upon booking. Here you can log in and see everything that is stored, and also access your galleries, and if you’d really like to, upload a picture of yourself so we never forget what you look like. If you’d like us to delete this data at any point, just let us know and we will wipe your personal data slate clean.
