Rest assured, our booking process and system is professional, secure and super user friendly. Each step of the process is documented properly so you can save it to your wedding folder, invoice are all online ( as our dog Opie loves to chew the post ) and everything is stored in your own online portal so you can dip in and out for forms and information, print things out in hard copy or find your next invoice.
How it works
Contact Us
First things first, drop us an email with your wedding date and venue so we can check if we have the date available. Tell us a little about you guys, how you got engaged and what your plans are for the big day.

Call or Meetup
We'll meet online or in person for a cup of coffee and discuss your plans, have a good old natter to get to know each-other and all about our photography and how we can capture your wedding day. It's also a great time to show off our stunning Luxury Albums, the best way to present your favourite images.

Fill out your booking forms online
So you'd love us to be your photographers! Now we email you your personal booking link to get everything booked in officially. Its very user friendly, just a few clicks to take your through selecting your package, signing the contract and paying a deposit of 25%. We sign the contract our side and it as easy as that.

Pre wedding catchup
Before the big day itself, we'll send over the final form to catch all the details and timings of your day so we can be super organised. We'll give you a call or arrange day to grab a coffee to catch up, finalise any details and confirm our wedding morning arrival time so you know exactly when to expect us.

We certainly do. A wedding album to us is the final piece of the puzzle, the best way to show off your photographs with family and friends, and an heirloom to treasure for years to come.

The most popular areas we cover are from West Wales to the border and up into Brecon/Powys, and travel across the South of Wales in included in our packages. If you are planning a wedding further afield, there may be some travel costs incurred.

How long does it take to receive my gallery.
Our typical turnaround is 6 weeks from the big day, although we will share a selection of images within 48 hours for you to announce the special day on your socials and to have a sneak peek to whet the appetite.
