Our 2015 started with a bang as we got to photograph the beautiful wedding of Bethan and Carwyn at Oldwalls, Gower. This laid back couple are perfectly suited together and we had great fun photographing them and their guests on a cold January day. Luckily the weather was lovely and we had some beautiful low golden winter sunlight to work with making it a perfect day to be a Swansea wedding photographer. Being big fans of the beach they couldn’t resist venturing to Llangennith so we could capture a few imitate shots of just the two of them. With winter weddings comes an early sunset, which proves a bit of a challenge for us photographers. Bethany and Carwyn were up for a bit of creative experimenting and so with a quick dash inside the barn and a flash on a stand later, we created some stunningly striking images, which both puzzled and intrigued the owner Andrew (as far as we know its an Oldwalls wedding first!). The rest of the evening unfolded with lots of laughter, some cheeky jokes from Carwyn, copious amounts of selfies and some ‘interesting’ dancing. It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of their day and we hope you enjoy browsing these images.
